During over a decade of Carole’s own, her dogs and horses ill health, she came to Bowen. Together they experienced virtually every treatment and remedy known to man exploring many holistic avenues, searching for health, wellbeing & balance together.
Carole’s horse was very responsive to Bowen (working with Equine Bowen Therapist Sue Connolly), inspiring Carole to explore the technique further. Since qualifying as a Human and Canine Bowen Technique therapist, Carole’s appreciation and love of Bowen continues to deepen. Carole says “Only by experiencing Bowen can you fully appreciate the incredible value of what this gentle, non-invasive soft tissue therapy may give you or your dog”.
Carole has been working as a Bowen Practitioner since 2009 and has two very successful Human clinics in Banbury, Oxfordshire and Yelvertoft, Northamptonshire as well as travelling all over the country working with dogs. Since 2012 Carole started shadowing Sally & Ron Askew (who developed Canine Bowen Technique in the UK and are the founders of European Guild of Canine Bowen Therapists, www.caninebowentechnique.com) and became one of only a few EGCBT authorised teachers of Canine Bowen Technique in 2014.
